So a few weeks ago an acquaintance of mine asked me to take some kittens he’d found to the shelter. When I got them they were incredibly dehydrated, malnourished, and sick. Their mothers were not around. I contacted many shelters and the humane society and no one could take them. How could I say no to a box of kittens? I immediately took them to the vet. I spent the first week with them caring for them 24/7. Two of the six kittens passed away and two only have one eye due to either injuries or a feline herpes. After weeks of care my mother and I nursed them back to health and have placed all but two in homes. These fluffy, little turd balls have changed my life and taught me to be a better, more careful, and responsible person. Go out and rescue some babies, foster, adopt, and always spay and neuter your pets!
